You are free to create a character who comes from a world that isn't listed on this site. Just be sure to add plenty of detail about your character's home, and we'll add it to the site! If you would like to use one of the planets listed, please be sure to keep your information in line with the information that has already been established about that particular place. If you're uncertain, ask a GM or the players of characters who are from that place.
